Helen is an accomplished social worker who has been working with children, young people and their families for almost twenty years. As well as working with an individual client, Helen looks for opportunities to get family members and other loved ones into the session to build the support and understanding for each client.

Families often engage with Helen at points of transition such as blending families, navigating adolescents or supporting the family through change, illness or loss. Sometimes families engage with Helen to help them to manage conflict, have difficult conversations or to ‘get on the same page’ as each other.  Helen comes from a big family herself and is comfortable having you all in the room together.

Helen is a skilled and knowledgeable supervisor for social workers and mental health professionals alike.  She is an experienced trainer and enjoys the facilitation of workshops and group therapy programs.
