SALTIE believes that every client deserves a psychologist who is passionate, values driven, creative, a thought leader and that treats themselves and others with respect.
At SALTIE, BITE INTO LIFE represents the spirit of our endeavours. Does it represent yours?
As a SALTIE psychologist your work will involve:
Counselling at our clinic
Consulting and intervention with complex clients (clinical, forensic, disability, developmental)
Clinical supervision for individuals and groups
Facilitating specialized training and workshops
Comprehensive assessment and report writing
Designing and delivering innovative experiences.
Based at our clinic in Watsonia you will also work at off-site locations around Melbourne. Work from home options are available.
You will have high levels of autonomy in your role, and you’ll participate fully as a SALTIE team member. This includes engaging in group supervision, attending client-free days, contributing to peer consultation and support, and learning together in various PD activities.
Holding registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS is helpful, but not essential.
Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
